Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a corporate leader, motivator, trainer, and consultant. As a team leader for the Covey Leadership Center, Dan emerged as a dynamic spokesman in the arena of personal growth and corporate management. His emphasis on exemplary leadership role models within the work place has resulted in numerous consulting opportunities throughout corporate America and Asia. Dan has traveled nationally and internationally in an effort to share his insights and management skills with numerous companies. His visionary leadership of Synergy has garnered the company national recognition and universal respect in the network marketing industry. Dan and his family live in Salem, Utah. |

Dan has ten years of experience in the network marketing industry and an extensive background in all aspects of information technology. Throughout his career, he has opened more than two dozen countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He has come to love the countries he visits as well as the people he gets to meet while traveling. Dan is known around the office for his ability to get things done. He is also known for his patience, which pays off well in his golfing abilities. His favorite golf courses are located in St. George, Utah, but you are more likely to catch him at a course in the much-closer town of Midway. Dan and his wife, Tamra, live in Highland with their four children. He is passionate about supporting his kids in their extracurricular activities and spends much of his free time coaching their basketball, football and baseball teams. |
Brady Jex - Executive Director, Sales

Brady is a seasoned expert in all areas of network marketing, having spent more than two dozen years in the industry. Although he has only been with Synergy WorldWide for a few years, he worked for Nature Sunshine Products for twenty years before making the switch. Brady and his wife, Anne, get along with everyone. Their fun-loving personalities have made their Spanish Fork home a favorite hang-out destination for their four children and all the neighborhood kids. Winter is an especially exciting season at the Jex home due to Brady’s love for snowmobiling. When it comes to Synergy, however, he is just as passionate about his work as he is about his play. Brady has always been a hard worker; he graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing and minors in both Accounting and Economics. His work ethic and enthusiasm have been instrumental to Synergy’s growth and also manifest themselves in his dedication to building long-term relationships with and motivating distributors.

Tyler Rippy - Executive Director, Marketing

Tyler came to Synergy WorldWide with eleven years of experience in the network marketing industry. He is marketing-minded, understands what it takes to build a network marketing business and knows how to have fun in the process. Since graduating from Brigham Young University, Tyler has also started a property management company and served on the Board of Directors for Shade Clothing, which his wife, Chelsea, owns. They now have three children and live in American Fork. Tyler enjoys taking Chelsea to local restaurants and is currently a closet critic who analyzes the establishments’ food, ambiance, and value. If you’re ever in the area, Foundry Grill at Sundance earns top awards from Mr. Rippy. You may also want to get in on some of his favorite activities: skiing or snowboarding in the winter and waterskiing or wakeboarding in the summer.

Stewart Rutter - Executive Director, Operations

Stewart joined Synergy WorldWide with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. During this time, he was instrumental in directing the efforts of one of the most aggressive growth and expansion strategies in industry history. Stew worked on projects in more than 30 countries within a 5-year period and also provided operational audit and support to markets throughout the world. These experiences gave him a greater understanding of expanding foreign markets and operating a network marketing company, and made him an expert in both. His academic background also lends to his area of expertise, as he graduated from Brigham Young University in International Studies with an emphasis in Global Economics. Stew’s favorite things are his wife Jen, their three sons, and competing in top amateur golf tournaments in Utah.

Ryan Ogden - Executive Director, Finance

Ryan has been with Synergy WorldWide for more than two years. Before joining Synergy, he was a controller for another network marketing firm for five years and worked for Ernst & Young prior to that. Ryan speaks Japanese fluently and lived in Japan for 3½ years while with his previous employer. He has an analytical mind and holds a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Utah State University. Still, his love for numbers pales compared to his love for spending time with his wife, Rochele, and their three sons at home in Highland. Ryan was on the tennis team in high school and loves all sports, especially when his alma mater is playing. Although his background may seem conservative, Ryan used to play the drums, loves Sammy Hager of Van Halen and sometimes thinks he was meant to be a rock star. |
